Boundary
Strong evidence includes its limits.
A sensor signature, aerial image or geospatial analysis can show condition, activity, anomaly or constraint. It does not by itself establish geological, engineering, environmental, regulatory or official conclusions that require competent authority or qualified specialist interpretation.
