The website receives information you choose to submit through the Start a Project form, including your name, organization, email address, selected inquiry details and message. The website and hosting environment also generate routine technical records needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.

How inquiry information is used

Information submitted through the website is used to respond to the inquiry, route the conversation to the appropriate Rutuli personnel, maintain website security and keep appropriate business records. The public website does not accept project-file uploads.

Do not send sensitive project information

The public form is not a secure project data room. Do not submit confidential geological data, controlled documents, personal identification records, commercially sensitive project files, security information or other material that requires restricted handling. A separate controlled workflow should be agreed before sensitive material is exchanged.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use technologies required for WordPress administration, security and core operation. If non-essential analytics or similar technologies are enabled, they should be described in the Cookie Policy and presented with appropriate controls where required.

Who may receive an inquiry

An inquiry may be routed within Rutuli to the personnel responsible for evaluating or responding to it. Rutuli does not present website inquiry information as being sold to advertisers.
